You may choose from several different properties for customizing the size of your printouts. You have four options to change these properties. These properties are referred to as Alignment Base Size, Margins Color, and Color. You can also include an optional third property if you plan to use multiple copies of the same document.
Press the right arrow button on the keyboard to open the Customized paper properties dialog box. This button can be located in the main menu of your printer. You’ll find four options under Alignment: Center Right Fit, Offset, and Home. By choosing one of these options, you can move the alignment of your custom paper to a different location on your printer.

To add more custom sizes of paper You will need to open the Print Server dialog box and click the “add” button, type in a number between one and nine and then click ” OK.” In the new window you can alter the values from the current setting, and make sure you have them correct before hitting the “apply” button. Within a matter of minutes, you will be able to select a variety of sizes that you can customize and all of them are available to use in your document. If you find this to be too complicated or want to speed up the process and use only one document that has different dimensions, you can always select “set number” and choose the size you like within the range you entered in the previous step.
