Brunswick Plantation & Golf Resort® is a gated golf course community in the Coastal Carolina region with outstanding custom housing, condos, townhomes, and active retirement options with extensive amenities minutes from Myrtle Beach.

Brunswick Plantation Homes & Real Estate, LLC markets all developer property and lists resales in Brunswick Plantation.  Choose from single family homes, luxury townhomes, and 2 or 3 bedroom condominiums built by our in-house custom home construction departments.

Amenities include 27 holes of William Byrd designed championship golf, swimming pools, stay-fit facilities, tennis, walking trails, and 2 plantation-style clubhouses.  Also enjoy our on-site restaurant, the 19th Hole, serving breakfast and lunch.

In addition, we offer wedding & event services including hosting, planning, managing, catering, and on-site lodging.

Our approach is simple…Southern Hospitality!  Our founders have instilled in our team the traditional southern values of being friendly, neighborly, and treating people fairly.  Most of our managers actually live here at BP and others have been part of the community for many years.  We try to create long lasting relationships with our customers.

Our History

Brunswick Plantation & Golf Resort® was founded by Caw Caw Land Corp., Inc in 1991.  The company’s founding members are Jimmy McLamb, Mason Anderson, and G. Tripp Sloane, III; all of whom were born and raised right here in Brunswick County, NC.  The founders wanted to create a community that embodied southern architecture, southern landscaping, and southern hospitality reminiscent of their childhood.  Brunswick has since grown from 650 acres to over 1750 acres in size.  The golf course has grown from 18 holes to 27 holes.  We have over 1800 property owners and 1000 homes, town homes, and condo units built.  The amenities started at just the golf course of 18 holes, now 27, and now includes 7 pools, 5 clubhouses, tennis courts, and walking paths.
