Cancellation & Refund Policy – If you cancel 15 days or more prior to your reservation you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel 14 days or less, you will lose all money paid towards the reservation. There will be no refunds for any unused portion of your stay or package. In order to protect yourself in the event of a cancellation, you may purchase travel insurance at the time of booking or on the tenant portal at any time.

Golf Package Cancellation & Refund Policy – If you cancel 15 days or more prior to your reservation you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel 14 days or less, you will lose all money paid towards the reservation and tee times unless the course approves a full refund. At that time you will lose all money paid towards the unit. There will be no refunds for any unused portion of your stay or package. In order to protect yourself in the event of a cancellation, you may purchase travel insurance at the time of booking or on the tenant portal at any time.

Damages – Guests are financially responsible for loss or damage to the unit during their stay. The guest’s credit card will be charged for damage, loss, extraordinary trash removal, extraordinary stains or soil to carpet, furniture, linen, kitchen items, stolen items, and any additional items deemed to be damaged during the stay.

Pet Policy – Pets are no longer allowed except for existing reservations booked before 11/13/2019.

Check-in/out Policy – Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and our check-out time is 11:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an additional fee. If you do not check out by 11:00 AM on your departure date, you will be charged 50% of a one-night stay, based on the rate for the night of departure. There are no refunds for early check-outs or inclement weather.

Hurricane Policy – In the event of a hurricane or tropical storm, guests will be notified and all situations will be handled at the time of the natural event.

Grill Policy – No grills or fryers are allowed in any unit or on any balcony. Charcoal grills are provided for use behind the outdoor pool of Commons 1.

Housekeeping Policy – All towels, linens, and departure cleaning are included. A departure cleaning fee is applied to all reservations. Daily cleaning services can be provided for an additional fee.

Smoking Policy – No smoking. Smoking is not allowed in any unit or on any balcony. If there is evidence of smoking in the unit or on the balcony, you will be charged a $250 smoking fee.

Parking Policy – A limit of two parking permits will be issued per unit at check-in. Permits must be clearly displayed on the mirror or dashboard of vehicles. No trailers, RVs, boats, or any other pull-behind vehicles, including campers, are allowed inside the resort.

Drones – Drones of any kind are not allowed to be flown on any resort property or golf course property. Violators will be evicted immediately without refund.

Local Reservations –

All guests living within 50 miles of Brunswick Plantation must follow these policies:

$300 cash security deposit, refundable after the unit is checked and there is no damage, smoke smell, noise complaint, or excessive cleaning needed.

Must electronically sign the contract that is emailed to them within 24 hours. No electronic signature and the reservation will be cancelled.

Must arrive at the office before closing time, pay the $300 cash security deposit, and sign and date our copy of the pre-arrival letter.

Must show a local driver’s license with an address that matches the reservation information.

Must provide a valid credit card to keep on file.

If noise complaints are made to the Security Office or police are called, the guest will automatically be evicted. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the stay and the $300 cash security deposit will not be refunded.

This is a family resort and rentals are for families and guests over 25 years of age. We will not tolerate house parties, loud noise, or occupancy over the maximum occupancy of any unit. At no time should noise from your unit be heard outside of your unit.

Studio and 1 Bedroom units are permitted one parking pass or vehicle. Two Bedroom units are permitted two parking passes maximum. No exceptions. Boats, RVs, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

Local stays are 2 to 7 nights only and can never be extended.

We reserve the right to inspect your unit on a daily basis between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Age Policy – You must be at least 25 years old in order to rent a unit. Exceptions may be made for married couples with proof of marriage.
